-Job description**Role Purpose.**This is a Business Finance role which stands to support the Retail Business Banking Business with timely and accurate reporting with highlights of financial performance, KPIs, customer acquisition/attrition, and sales activity. Prior experience in P&L components: Revenues (Interest and Fee income lines in detail) and Costs. Also the role holder is expected to set up the Reporting requirements and partner with product/business team to support strategic initiatives.This role requires managing the monthly reporting activities as well as the support on strategic projects. All deliverables must be undertaken on time and with high quality**Main activities**:- Analyze business performance and provide variance commentaries for local and global reports. Requires strong understanding of Business products and business- Independently manage the reporting deliverables ensuring completeness and accuracy of Financial and Non-Financial KPI's. Partner very closely with offshore teams supporting the RBWM central finance team.- Planning and Forecasting - Support the Planning process by developing AOP models to support Target setting. Forecasts model development for predictive impacts on revenue based on levels of net new money, sales funnel metrics, changes in pricing and market action.- Analytical models should be efficient so they can be quickly updated to provide timely support for business key stakeholders.- Partner with offshore and onshore teams to ensure data is submitted on time, is complete and accurate. Track instances of incomplete and inaccurate data to follow up and solve issues detected.- Cost analysis and management - side with WPB cost team to manage cost and understand cost drivers. Continuously review cost initiatives with business owners to identify risk and opportunities.- Contribute to key stakeholders and senior managers with ideas and analysis for a better decision making process and AOO achievement.- Promote the implementation of the key business and financial strategic initiatives- Understanding of financial local and international norms and policies.Requirements**Experience**- Accounting/ Finance / Economics or related areas- Relevant experience in Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis as well as Capital Management- Consolidation of Financials of organization of similar scale.- Understand the MI data process and resolve any instances of data integrity issues- Database management- TM1 and Advanced Excel- Highly analytical skills, keep on detail without missing overall picture.- Study trends and interpret financial and non-financial information- Understanding of accounting reporting rules: US-GAAP and IFRS- Knowledge of Business products.**Abilities**- Excellent verbal and written commination skills- Advanced English- Self-driven- High quality driven- Highly resilient- Work under pressure- Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills- Proactive- Advanced Excel
