In this role, you will handle billing clarifications while delivering outstanding service to our customers.**What You'll Do**:- Manage, process, and resolve billing inquiries accurately and efficiently.- Provide exceptional customer service through clear verbal and written communication.- Address challenging and high-pressure situations with a solutions-oriented mindset.- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and foster retention.- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners.- Assist customers in understanding their statements, charges, and rates.**What We're Looking For**:- **Language Proficiency**: Advanced English (C1 level).- **Experience**: 1-3 years in a customer service environment, preferably within banking, finance, payments, or related industries.- **Customer Retention Expertise**: Experience in roles requiring basic math and calculation skills.- **Skills**:- Outstanding interpersonal abilities with a talent for de-escalating tense situations.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing internal and external relationships.- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting experience.- Passion for achieving goals and maintaining long-term client relationships.- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (minimum); university or technical studies are a plus.**What We Offer**:- **Competitive Compensation**:- Base Salary: $18,250.00 MXN- Performance Bonus: $3,660.00 MXN- **Additional Benefits**:- Food vouchers: $1,500.00 MXN per month- Law benefits- SGMM- Vision and dental insurance- Life insurance- Gym membership (Total Pass)- **Work-Life Balance**: Two days off per week.- **Career Growth**: A clear development and career progression plan.If you meet these requirements and are excited about advancing your career in customer service, we'd love to hear from youLI-OnsiteSpotOn is an e-verify company.
