When this happens, the responsible recruiter will reach out to you directly with more information.**What kind of jobs do we have open regularly?**- **Customer Service Application Engineer, Back Office (technical sales)**- Support sales teams by handling tenders and projects, including providing dimension, specifications, calculations, time of delivery, operation and maintenance issues, etc.- Communicate, collaborate, and provide support with the respective product segment or other suppliers, where local problem-solving is not available.- **Customer Service Representative, Front Office**- Create tickets, e.g. RFI (request for information), RFQ request for quotation) and OEW (order entry workflow), for own processing or for forwarding to the back office.- Identify business opportunities and handover to external sales.- Create, delete and maintain Customer contact data in the SAP CRM system.**What is your background?**We are open to various talents and imagine that you may have a combination of some below:- Associate’s or bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience- Previous experience within Customer Services. Relevant administrative experience, organizational skills & accountability with the Customer.- Knowledge of business structure, products and key market needs to create a successful Customer centric experience.- Demonstrate working knowledge SAP (CRM/SD).- Fundamental Product and Application Knowledge - Interpret type keys, identify pumps vs spare parts, kits vs motors, identify where product is built (not essential).- Good communication and networking skills together with the ability to build strong and trusting relationships with both Internal and External Stakeholders.- Excellent written and spoken English.**Why Join Our Talent Pool**:- Innovative Culture: Be a part of a culture that thrives on innovation and creativity.
