Monitor the Customer's Solar system to make sure is working properly.**Key Responsibilities**:*Able to work on site*Resolve routine, complex, and unique questions/issues.*Ensure facilitation of first-call resolution and customer satisfaction on all transactions handled.*Employs probing questions and actively listens to customer issues or questions, showing interest and compassion and displaying empathy for the caller’s situation.*Demonstrates accuracy in processing changes to customer financing agreements based on the information provided and identifies Homeowners signatures.*Be able to handle any requests regarding customer documentation (to include all documents sent out by our company) and be able to clearly explain them including any follow-ups required on our customer’s part and updates.**Functional Skills***Solar and Call Center Experience a BIG PLUS......*Availability from Monday to Saturday Schedule available from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm*Excellent level of communication skills (both written and verbal)*Flexible and adaptable to business requirements for changes needed to service the customer*Collaborate with peers and management on special projects and committees*Ability to prioritize and multi-taskPay: $16,320.00 - $19,200.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you able to work Monday to Saturday?- How many years of Customer Service or in a contact center setting do you have?- What is your English level?- Are you able to work onsite only?Work Location: In personApplication Deadline: 21/02/2025
