Descripción y detalle de las actividadesEn Marka-Qolor, empresa sencilla con gran compromiso hacia la excelencia, buscamos un **Contralor** que combine sólida experiência financiera, contable y fiscal con habilidades personales excepcionales para liderar, estructurar y llevar nuestro equipo al siguiente nível.No es necesario que conozcas nuestro producto desde el inicio, pero sí que tengas el interés y la pasión por aprender y enamorarte de la industria de la imprenta, un valor fundamental para nosotros.**Responsabilidades**:- Supervisar y mantener actualizados los sistemas financieros y contables.- Elaborar reportes financieros basados en presupuestos e indicadores clave.- Garantizar el cumplimiento fiscal en México y EE. UU., atendiendo auditorías.- Asesorar en temas fiscales, financieros y de seguros.- Validar procedimientos y procesos conforme a políticas corporativas.- Formular y gestionar presupuestos y estrategias financieras.- Liderar, integrar y desarrollar al equipo contable, fomentando un ambiente colaborativo y estructurado.- Mantener comunicación directa y transparente con el CEO, reportando el desempeño y retos del área.Experiência y requisitos- Licenciatura en Contaduría (CPA o MBA deseable).- Mínimo 5 años como contralor, preferentemente en la industria maquiladora.- Conocimiento de normatividad fiscal en México y EE.
