CS Outsource is a growing hospitality management company managing a portfolio of luxury and short-term rental properties. Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced, emotionally intelligent Chief Operating Officer to oversee all daily operations across our multi-property portfolio. The COO will lead guest services, inspections, field teams, scheduling, SOP implementation, quality control, and coordinate with accounting. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, service recovery, and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead multi-property operations and guest services , ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence. Manage remote and on-site teams , including field staff, inspectors, and operational leads. Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs , quality control , and operational processes. Oversee scheduling, inspections, and workflow management across properties. Implement service recovery strategies to enhance guest satisfaction. Coordinate with accounting and finance teams for budget tracking, forecasting, and operational reporting. Support strategic planning and executive decision-making alongside the CEO. Monitor KPIs and continuously improve operational efficiency and team performance. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Required Qualifications & Experience: 10+ years of experience in hospitality or property management, with multi-property operations leadership. Proven track record in operational management, team leadership, and process optimization . Strong understanding of SOPs, quality control, and service recovery frameworks . Experience managing remote and on-site teams . Ability to analyze KPIs , budgets, and operational metrics to drive improvement. Excellent communication, leadership, and emotional intelligence skills. Experience in strategic planning and executive-level decision-making . Preferred Qualifications: Experience with short-term rental operations or luxury hotel management . Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) or operations management tools. Background in multi-unit hotel/resort management or hospitality technology operations . #J-18808-Ljbffr
