Role Description

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with Mora Mora's mission and objectives. Responsibilities include managing operational processes, developing strategic plans, analyzing business performance, overseeing budgeting activities, and driving financial health. The COO will work closely with executive leadership to foster sustainable growth and operational excellence. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mexico City, offering some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management to drive efficient and scalable processes.
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret data, analyze trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Experience in Finance and Budgeting to manage company resources effectively and ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities with a focus on fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment.
  • Prior experience in the food industry, sustainability, or retail operations is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.
