Health Care Innovation Manager

This role is responsable for driving and overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge healthcare solutions and technologies including alternative early access programs to the medicines in UCB’s upcoming portfolio.**Key Functions**- Lead and execute clinical development and RWE initiatives within Mexico including Neurology an Immunology- Manage external affairs advocacy through working with key stakeholders in government and professional associations & KOLs- Cocreate with the Access Team the local value dossiers for current and new assets- Support the Access team rowards current and new assets inclusion in the national medicines compendium- Identify and evaluate Healthcare Innovation Opportunities- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare technology, trends, and emerging innovations in early access area- Develop and execute Innovation Strategies by using project management capabilities and activation of cross-collaboration - Assess and prioritize potential projects based on their feasibility, potential impact, and alignment with organizational goals- Lead cross-functional teams comprising of healthcare professionals, technology experts, designers, and other stakeholders.- Establish the most appropriate “early” access strategy for rare and ultra-rare portfolio, considering the specific conditions & as well as the general product strategy- Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy that aligns with the organization's mission, goals, and long-term vision. This includes identifying key focus areas for innovation, setting measurable objectives, and outlining a roadmap to achieve innovation goals.**Requirements**:- At least 5 years of proven experience in Healthcare Management, leading Product development, launch readiness or related roles with a successful track record of delivering innovative solutions.- Ability to articulate compelling healthcare and access concepts and ideas in a clear, inspirational and pragmatic manner- Capacity to build and maintain meaningful relationships with key stakeholders- Strong understanding of healthcare industry, trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.- Exceptional project management capabilities with focus on driving and delivering results.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and outside the box to develop unique and groundbreaking solutions.**About Us**UCB is a global biopharmaceutical company, focusing on neurology and immunology.
