You’ll be the **first point of contact**for your team of technicians, as well as for customers with any technical or service-related issues on the equipment assigned to you.Your role will be key in ensuring service delivery meets contract expectations, KONE quality standards, and safety regulations—while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.
