As a CHIEF OF TRAINING AND TECHNICAL SERVICE, you will represent the Technical Training and Technical Service areas in the region, managing resources and providing technical services related to the product portfolio in support of the commercial areas in Guadalajara**Key Responsibilities**:- Optimally manage the overall operation of the site, having control of maintenance, cleaning, and security within the facilities.- Manage both human and material resources, focusing them on priority projects.- Assign consultants, salons, inspection equipment, automobiles, according to the services requested by the commercial areas.- Negotiate with customers for dates of service, technical opinions, and special training programs.- Perform technical services and training if needed and provide follow-up reports.**Qualifications**:- Proven knowledge in coatings and strong communication and negotiation skills.- Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools like Power Point, Excel and Word.- BA Degree in Chemical engineering, civil or industrial engineering.- English proficiency.- Desirable NACE or SSPC Certification.**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
