OBJECTIVE- Ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.- Guarantee that warehouse operations effectively support the relevant departments.RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage planned work according to the schedule.- Collaborate with the Sales Department to ensure demand fulfillment.- Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to guarantee that materials meet production requirements.- Analyze material status for work orders, highlighting critical or scarce materials that may affect production.- Maintain the new project routing, production version, execute cost calculations, and release them.- Calculate estimated monthly revenue and analyze the causes of potential delays.- Verify the status of work orders, control waiting times, manage small orders, and close old ones.- Expedite urgent batches (“hot lots”) and work with corresponding areas to resolve issues.- Correct monthly cost discrepancies.- Update standard times (STD) in SAF.- Create and maintain work centers as needed; control the standardization of production routings.- Establish job hierarchy and set capacity.- Execute engineering changes (ECN) in SAP.- Timely close work orders once completed.- Improve team capability and competencies.- Ensure that PPS team operations align with company policy.- Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Director.JOB REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Economics.- Over 5 years of experience in planning processes, material control, and warehouse management.- Over 3 years of experience in Electronics Industry (PCBA/WHA)- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).- Proficiency in SAP (required)- Advanced English (required).
