Accounting & Tax Coordinator**Category**:Finance**Location**:Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México, MX**The position**- As an Accounting & Tax Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will:- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice handling, payment confirmation, GR/IR management, and invoice accruals.-- Serve as the main point of contact for T&E handling and Concur.-- Directly interact with the bank for various financial transactions.-- Process manual payments such as payroll payments and taxes.-- Ensure internal controls and compliance with ICFR and other financial reporting standards such as IFRS.**Qualifications**- We realise that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. CPA is desirable.-- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.-- Experience with ICFR and internal controls over financial reporting.-- Proven experience in managing relationships with external auditors.-- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**About the department**- You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing the accounting process for all activities related to Record to Report. Our department collaborates closely with GBS Bangalore to keep financial records updated and works with various internal stakeholders to achieve our objectives.
