DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.LI-HybridTeam Overview:The DiDi Rides Business Intelligence team is seeking an intern to support the decision-making, analysis, data, and dashboard development of the LATAM Rides business.This position will work closely with Sr. Analysts to support business operations, delivering data and analysis for internal driver platform teams.Role Responsibilities:- Querying and delivering data for analysis and decision making.- Building and maintaining data products, such as datasets and dashboards, that will help businesses thrive with data-driven decisions.- Unveiling insights from data, and using them for recommendations and actions that will drive business success.- Work closely with BI senior analysts to support the data needs from the business.- **ONLY FOR STUDENTS.**Role Qualifications:- Coursing or having earned a degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) disciplines like engineering, economics, actuarial science, mathematics, computer science, etc.- Can communicate in Spanish and English at a professional level with people of different areas of expertise.- Knowledge of SQL is highly desirable, but other programming languages like Python, or R are also acceptable.- Have knowledge on tools like Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides and Word/Docs (not required but valuable).- Might have knowledge on advanced technical fields like machine learning, data science, and data engineering (not required but valued).- **ONLY FOR STUDENTS.**EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
