Your investment is our priority, and we treat every property like it’s our own.**Roles and Responsibilities**:- Advertise vacant units, screen tenants, and manage lease agreements.- Answer inquiries about units available for lease and set up viewings- Schedule and document property inspections, ensuring maintenance and safety compliance.- Address tenant inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.- Coordinate repairs, obtain quotes, and oversee quality.- Rent collection, delinquency follow-up, manage budgets, and process expenses.- Ensure lease compliance, resolve disputes, and handle legal actions if necessary.- Maintain accurate records of transactions and tenant communications. Curate records of transactions and tenant communications.- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including utility setup**Skills**- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant and client interactions.- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively- Proficient in property management software, including Buildium, AppFolio, and LeadSimple.- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field (preferred)- 3-4 years of experience in property management.- Advanced English (written and spoken) required.- High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)- Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)**Physical Setting**:Remote**Schedule**:Monday - Friday // 9:00 am - 6:00pm EST.Pay: $19,330.00 - $25,130.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- property management : 2 years (required)**Language**:- Native or C2 English (required)
