We are currently looking for the right person to join our Finance Department.**Your responsibilities**:- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports and group reporting for management and stakeholders- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (Local GAAP, IFRS, PRC) tax law/obligations and organization requirements and policies- Lead the month-end closing process, ensuring the completes and accuracy of the data- Lead the annual financial audit process and participating in the annual inventory counting- Develop and manage annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans- Variance analysis against budget and prior periods (product margin and fixed cost)- Manage, monitor and evaluate the KPI and financial performance of the organization- Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain liquidity and optimize working capital- Prepare cash flow forecasts- Analyze operational costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements- Implement cost-control measures and monitor performance against budget- Communicate financial performance to executives, board members, and external partners**Your profile**:- Academic degree in accounting and/or business management- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager with experience in Controlling- Experience within Industrial/Plant environment is mandatory- Experience with IMMEX and Maquiladora programs, Transfer Price and Service agreements, Mexican GAAP - TAX and International GAAP- Good understanding of financial principle/practices- General knowledge of consolidation matters- Solid knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office and SAP FI/CO- Analytical skills and problem-solving approach- Strong leadership abilities to guide team member and colleagues- Clear and effective communication (oral and written)- Ability to work efficiently within international teams and with any internal or external stakeholders- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken), any other languages are considered assetsShare this on- Linkedin-- Twitter
