Customer Supply Chain Specialist

**In your new role you will**:- **Collaborate **with customers- Be the Customer's first **point of contact **for all demand fulfillment topics- Facilitate internal and external **r **elationship **building- **Organize **/ manage supply chain meetings internally and externally- Identify and implement **process improvement **measures to optimize customer collaboration- Support **Order Management**:- Communicate open-orders, **delivery plans **and lead time towards customers- Drive the reduction of demand-supply gaps; monitor **on-time **order fulfillment- Support with implementation of **supply chain **concepts- Analyze global supply situation in times of short supply in order to **manage expectations **by presenting available solutions to maximize customer satisfaction- Initiate and manage **emergency shipments**:- Support **inventory **management initiatives- Manage order handling **complaints and returns**:- Support customer **data maintenance **activities- Have Opportunities to participate in **special projects**You are best equipped for this task if you have**:- A **Bachelor's degree**:- **2-5 years **of supply chain experience- Effective communicator with fluency in **English **(written and verbal)- **Team player **with strong customer focus mindset- **SAP/ERP **experience a plus- A **Visa & passport **is a plus- Understanding this position is based in **Guadalajara**:- Ability to work in a **hybrid **work mode**#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.**As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
