You will be part of the Acquisition core team and will be in charge of developing and implementing strategy on the business side.Business intelligence to improve metrics and design strategy is the core of this position. The role will be working closely with product, MKT, partnerships, etc.Role Responsibilities:- Implement A/B-test campaigns across channels (inapp and externals) to increase first daily loan orders.- Design and execute campaigns that will increase conversion rates while managing a sustainable CAC,- Collaborate with product, MKT, BI, risk, to ensure proper execution and campaign monitoring.- Test and scale personalized messaging based on customer segmentation, risk level, and expected lifetime value.- Seek constant optimization through analysis throughout the entire funnel.Role Qualifications:- 4-5 years of experience in customer acquisition retention, cross selling products— ideally in fintech, financial services, or consumer tech.- Strong understanding of behavioral drivers of acquisition and conversion,- Data-savvy and hypothesis-driven; able to interpret user behavior to inform strategy.- Experience managing multichannel campaigns and automation flows.- High attention to detail and customer-centric mindset.- Proactive, collaborative, and ownership-driven.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
