Responsible for responding to a high volume of inbound calls and providing efficient and quality customer service regarding property damage claims. Support borrowers and contractors by providing them with detailed information on the process of a claim file. Reduce call intensity, process claims and manage the disbursement of claim funds.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:- Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Specific activities may change from time to time._- Fluent conversational and advanced grammatical English level.- Availability of schedule- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)- Verbal and written communication skillsJOB REQUIREMENTS**Minimum Skills and Competencies**:- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
