Responsible for responding to a high volume of inbound calls and providing efficient and quality customer service regarding property damage claims. Support borrowers and contractors by providing them with detailed information on the process of a claim file. Reduce call intensity, process claims and manage the disbursement of claim funds.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:- Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.
