All content based on three pillars: body, mind and nutrition.- Constant training: +15,000 courses- Major Medical Expenses Insurance- Food Vouchers- Saving FundWe are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of **Workplace Experience Associate** to join our team:- ** Location**: Paseo de La Reforma, Cuauhtemoc, CDMX- ** Work schedule**: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm- **Work model**: On Site**What** **is** **your** **day** **to** **day**?**- Greet and direct employees, clients, and visitors- Oversee meeting room bookings and setup- Coordinate with facilities management on maintenance and repairs- Manage office supplies and equipment- Assist with organizing workplace events and activities- Provide basic IT support and escalate complex issues- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations- Collect and act on employee feedback regarding workplace experience- Maintain a clean and organized office environment**Desired experience and technical skills**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, or office management- Fluent English- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and workplace management software- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of modern workplace trends and technologies- Experience with flexible workspace or coworking environments- Familiarity with smart building technologies- Event planning experience- Basic understanding of facilities management principles
