As the world of work continues to evolve, we are bringing together the individuals, ideas and technology to unlock business and human growth.**Job Description**:We are looking for a Tax Senior Associate for the Global Mobility team based in Mexico. this is a fixed term contract estimated to last 4 months.As part of our team, you will be inserted in a Global Mobility Tax team and will learn the Mexican tax dispositions linked to the workers who moved from Mexico to abroad or moved to Mexico from abroad.**Responsibilities**:- To prepare/check the tax returns- To day by day advise clients, individuals, and executive expatriates on Tax Global Mobility- To manage the relationship with the Mexican tax authority.- To elaborate Reports.- Tax Resolution and fiscal strategy design.- Perform process analysis, schematic designs, work plans.Therefore, you will be the bridge between the individual, the company and the tax authorities.You will frequently liaise with people of various cultures and nationalities, both inside and outside our organization. You will become an expert in the personal income tax, gain knowledge on global mobility and much more.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Economics, Business Administration, Commerce- At least 5 years of experience in this field, better if in other similar professional firms- Fluent in English (advance). Minimum TOEIC Score 500.- Attitude for numbers and Taxes- Knowledge of the main IT tools (MS Office Package, ie Word, Power Point, Excel)Additional Information- Valuable experience in a multidisciplinary (immigration, tax, social security,..) team of 6000 + globally- International contest with dynamic environment- Possibility of growth and empowerment- Continuous learning with training (both technical and soft skills) in Mexico and abroad- A workspace where everyone feels respected and valued- A flexible working schedule including homeworking.
