To retain and develop top talent, we foster a work environment that celebrates creativity, encourages skill development, and enables multidisciplinary collaboration.**What you will bring to the team**:Main responsability to carry out reception of incidents of failures or opportunities that our different components that are in our clients have, is also responsible for assigning incidents to our field engineering and different supliers prociding data such as failure, customes and SLA. Which is contracted with the clients, is also in charge of havig communication with thw client if there is any setback the care.This Position is necesary to fulfill contractual service commitments with all clients.**What you will be doing**:Your typical day as a Toshiba Cust Supp Assistant I will involve:- System reception and distribution of new maintenance incidents / tickets- Incidents management of incidents based on response times and resolution times- Prioritization and coordination of maintenance tickets with field personnel- Systems documentation of progress ticket- Tracking and monitoring maintenance tickets**Naturally To be successful in this role, you must have and know of**:- In Call Centers (minimum 1 year).- Remote technical support (Basic Level / Intermediate).- Desired: 6 months of solving PC problems (HW and SW)..- o Operating systems, basic (Windows).- Ticket management system tools.- PC hardware and software, basic o Concepts of servers and communications, basic o Remedy : Capture o RCMS: Capture o Retain: Capture**Preferred Skills**:- Teamwork and Leadership- Initiative and Adaptability- Service attitude and Customer attention- Decision making and problem solving- Personnel Organization- Time pressure and sense of responsibility- Written and verbal communication- Good telephone relationship with users**We offer**:- Career plan and real growth opportunities- Constant training, tutoring, online corporate courses, eLearning and more- Pleasant work environment (game room, nap area, amenities and more).- Flexible work hours and dress code- Hired directly by Toshiba and 100% under payroll- Benefits of the law (IMSS, INFONAVIT, December day voucher, vacation voucher)- Major and Minor medical expenses insurance: Life, major medical expenses with dental and visual coverage.
