**Descripción del puesto**:**Habilidades de la posicion**:- Conocimiento profundo Incoterms %100- Elaboracion de Booking y manejo de las plataformas de las navieras.- Elaboracion de Booking para Carga IMO.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación con proveedores.- Elaboracion de AMS- Seguimiento y coordinación con Líneas Transportistas, navieras, agentes aduanales, coloaders, terminales portuarias, y cualquier proveedor adicional que se requiera para la coordinación de un embarque de exportación.- Cumplimiento, ejecución y monitoreo de Cierres documentales y Físicos en tiempo- Proceso de aplicación instrucciones de liberancion de embarque y envío de Pre Alert.- Análisis de costos, solicitud de pagos y aplicación ante naviera al igual que validación de fondos recibidos por parte del cliente.- Tracking de embarques en Sitios Web de la Naviera, llamadas de seguimientos con navieras, trato con navieras.- Alta, registro y análisis documental proceso despacho de exportación.- Revisión de pedimentos y Cuenta de Gastos- Envío de SI., CCP, MSDS, Pre DGD, digitalización de VGM y cumplimiento de requerimientos ante naviera en tiempo y forma.**Ofrecemos**:- Prestaciones de Ley.- Un ambiente de trabajo dinámico y colaborativo.- Oportunidades de desarrollo profesional y capacitación.- Beneficios adicionales, como bonificaciones por desempeño.)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por periodo de pruebaDuración del contrato: 3 mesesSueldo: $13,000.00 - $16,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Teléfono de la empresaPago complementario:- Bono de productividadTipo de jornada:- Turno de 10 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Domina, usa, interactua, busca y ejecuta acciones (Gestión de bookings, programación de servicios terrestres ccp) en las plataformas web de las navieras?- ¿Sabe y Diferencia un HBL de un MBL ?- ¿Identifica las diferentes formas de solicitar y crear un booking de exportación?- ¿Cumple y brinda seguimiento en tiempos de los Cierres documentales, físicos y digitalización de VGM?- Mencione las navieras con las que ha trabajado y gestionado bookings de exportación, SI, o programación de servicios terrestres dentro de BLExperiência:- Experiência en logística: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
