**Bilingual Service Desk Executive (100% Native English)****Work Mode**: Hybrid, remote or on-site (based on performance)**Schedule**: 12-hour day shifts with a rotating 4-days-one-week / 3-days-the-next-week pattern.- 2 agents working from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CDMX), on a rotating schedule: 4 days one week, 3 days the next (long shift rotation).- 2 agents working from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (CDMX), also on a rotating schedule: 4 days one week, 3 days the next (long shift rotation).- 1 agent working from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (CDMX), Monday to Friday, acting as a **floater** to cover for PTOs or medical leaves within the team.Do you have native-level English and a passion for solving tech issues with a customer-centric approach? **Join our team**We are looking for a **Bilingual Service Desk Executive** who will serve as the first point of contact for users requiring technical support.
