**Duties & Responsibilities**1.Responsible for FP&A, Risk Management and Tax departments of Plant.2.Monitor and implement plant internal controls(in conjunction with corporate policies)3.Treasury and cash management knowledge appreciated to follow group strategy.4.Cost accounting knowledge appreciated to support group quoting strategy.5.Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances; manage budget and cash flow projections6.Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting7.Prepare monthly management reports.**Requirements**:1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.2. Minimum 5 years of previous experience in the field of Finance and Controlling, experience from the automotive industry is a plus.3. Worked in a Multi-National Company or listed company experience.4.Previous FP&A team member or manager.5.Knowledge of corporate governance.6.Good perception /knowledge of risk management.7.Entrepreneurial personality with task-driven, commitment to completion, and hands-on mentality.8.Business partner attitude, excellent problem-solving, coordinating with cross-functional teams.9.Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.**Salary**: From $100,000.00 per year語言:- 英文 (必填)
