Join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of financial transformation.**About the role****What you’ll be doing at albo**:- Lead and support the SPEI team.- Oversee the proper functioning of transactions, including those sent, received, returned, and settled.- Continuously monitor SPEI payment systems to ensure optimal performance.- Resolve any transactions that are not returned or are in an intermediate status.- Liaise with banking institutions and customers to confirm receipt of payments.- Provide solutions to operational errors in payment generation and transfers to prevent client impact.- Support and conduct testing with Banxico, including POA, COAS, SPEI, CODI, and other required tests.- Conciliate all balances and address, clarify and fix discrepancies identified during operations with Banxico.- Report and communicate any operational incidences internally and as required by regulators.- Ensure compliance with the delivery of required reports, information, or clarifications.- Initiate and manage contingency operations, including operating the Contingency Alternate Operation System (COAS).**About you and what type of skills you'll need**:- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.- Significant experience in banking, fintech, startups, digital, or financial sectors.- Hands-on experience in SPEI operations.- Over 5 years of experience in back-office roles within financial institutions.- Strong understanding of electronic banking systems.- Proven experience in automation and process optimization.- Excellent data analysis skills for informed decision-making.- **Based in Mexico City is a must.
