We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team - one that makes better decisions, drives innovation, and delivers better business results.Job Duties - Key responsibilities include:- An evidenced and strong understanding of SPEI (Interbanking Electronic Payment System)- Communicate the product vision throughout the company, including with executive leadership- Establish priorities for product development- Create user stories and provide clarity on business requirements- Define products and enhancements to products and guide feature prioritization- Review and define the strategy and roadmap for a unique set of products- Meet with clients to understand their product needs- Create a pricing strategy that meets revenue and profitability goals, in alignment with the market- Work with product marketing to create product messaging and collateral- Brief and train sales teams on products at sales meetings and perform product demos for customers- Evaluate market capability-oriented and emerging development and technology trends with all corporate information requests and ensure they are followed up- Identify product and solution requirements and clearly document.All about you- Deep knowledge about SPEI- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience- Manage consumer facing product from conceptualization through pilot and commercialization.- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously- Related work experience in product management, preferably in financial services- Ability to interact effectively at all levels and team with internal and external business partner- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to adapt communication in accordance with the needs of various audiences (for example, simplifying complex messages)- Technical project management experience an advantage- Demonstrated experience working on product launches- Demonstrated success building relationships and delivering results with global, multi-cultural and remote project teams- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment- Navigate through complex structures & understand technical capabilities.Mastercard is an inclusive Equal Employment Opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristicCOVID-19 ConsiderationsCorporate Security ResponsibilityAll activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:- Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;- Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
