**Objetivo del Puesto**:Coordinar, ejecutar y dar seguimiento a los embarques de producto terminado hacia clientes finales y soporte en envíos a PCDC, asegurando el cumplimiento en tiempo, forma y documentación de cada entrega.**Responsabilidades Principales**:- Coordinar diariamente los embarques directos con producción, planeación, tráfico e inhouse.- Participar en juntas GEMBA para validar el estatus de los modelos a embarcar.- Verificar que las unidades lleguen y se carguen conforme a los tiempos establecidos.- Asegurar que la documentación esté completa antes del embarque (factura, packing list, BOL, batches).- Monitorear el estatus de las unidades hasta su entrega en destino.- Registrar y reportar embarques diarios, así como generar indicadores de desempeño (on-time delivery, incidencias, demoras, etc.).- Dar soporte en auditorías y revisiones internas relacionadas con embarques directos.- Manejo y supervisión de personal (equipos operativos como montacarguistas).- Coordinar y supervisar las actividades del equipo de montacarguistas para garantizar la carga eficiente de mercancías, asegurándose de que cada miembro esté capacitado y cumpla con sus responsabilidades.- Se asegura de que los equipos de carga, como montacargas o vehículos, estén en buenas condiciones y funcionando correctamente para evitar retrasos.- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad en las operaciones de embarques y transporte.- Generar reportes sobre las actividades y resultados del área (embarcados, tiempos de despacho, cumplimiento de entregas, entre otros).- Dar seguimiento a indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) en el área de embarques/logística.**Perfil Requerido**:- Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Logística, Comercio Internacional, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.- Experiência: Mínimo 1-2 años en la industria manufacturera o maquiladora.- Conocimientos técnicos:- Manejo de sistemas ERP (SAP)- Uso de Excel (avanzado)- Conocimiento de documentos de embarque y procesos de transporte.- Seguimiento con proveedores de transporte- Habilidades:- Organización y seguimiento al detalle.- Liderazgo y gestión de equipos operativos.- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y coordinar múltiples embarques simultáneamente.- Capacidad de análisis y atención al detalle.- Comunicación efectiva con distintos equipos.- Resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones rápidas.- Idiomas: Inglés intermedio-avanzado- Disponibilidad: Presencial, con flexibilidad de horario ante requerimientos operativos.
