He/she can receive technical guidance for the most unusual or complex problems; he/she independently generates solutions. Works with problems of diverse scope, in which the data analysis requires the evaluation of the identifiable factors. Exercises judgment in generally defined practices and policies at selecting methods and techniques in order to obtain results failures and errors in the decision taken and recommendations given could result in serious delays in the programs and projects, as well as a considerable expenditure of resources.**You will be responsible for**:- Must know and follow Biosense Webster policies and procedures related to work activities within his/her area of responsibility, as well as ensuring that his/her subordinates know and follow the policies of Biosense Webster and procedures related to his/her work activities and area of responsibility.- Completes the training in the area of responsibility within the allocated time. Training is required for changes and implementation of policies and existing procedures, new functions, etc. Completes required retraining in areas such as safety and environment/environmental.- Follows all the safety policies of the company and safety precautions within the work area. Promotes safety to all associates that enter the work area.- Responsible of the leadership and execution of projects focused on the reduction of the variation originated by the process and/or design of the product that positively influences the metrics of the business, strategic directions, and financial results.- Is responsible of guaranteeing that the projects are well defined, are kept within what is planned, that follow the PE processes and that the progress is within the time required up to the closing of it.- Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in a wide range of assigned tasks in related fields.- Takes decisions about engineering problems and methods independently; represents the organization in conferences about how to solve important questions and to plan and coordinate work. Requires the use of advanced techniques as well as the modification and extension of theories, precepts and practices of his/her field, sciences, and related disciplines. Related guidance and supervision with general requirements, critical issues, new concepts, and matters related to policies.- Ensures that the engineering changes fully comply with the regulations and procedures related to safety, environment, and health.
