Visión general:Supervise NPD product testing activities and be a hydraulic technical expert in the organization. Responsible for high quality testing & test reports from the laboratory. Maintain existing processes and ensure that correct testing procedures are followed.**Responsabilidades**:Supervise the testing activities and ensure the technical competences of the laboratory technicians under his chargeEnsure the training of technicians and that testing activities performed in accordance with the appropriate regulations and internal quality procedures.Responsible for the quality of test results, being an official signatory.Responsible for the safety of the equipment in charge, must ensure that there aren´t unsafe conditions in the hydraulic laboratory.Identify opportunities for improvement of the hydraulic performance of the products and share the results of the improvement proposals to the process responsible (USA Engineering, NPD, and Process).Responsible for the review and validation of the internal technical process, as well as the maintenance and verification of inspection, measurement and test equipment and instruments (IMTE).Manage statistical tools for quality reporting.Requisitios:Education: Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or Technical experience in similar roleKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Concepts of metrology- Statistical tools- Intermediate level English language proficiency- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)- Focused on results.- Honesty and integrity- Leadership / Staff management- Team Work- Strong analysis of root causes and solving problems- Oral and written communication skills.- Sense of responsibility and urgency.- Use of Minitab- Use of Windchill- Use of SAP- Able to hold a conversation in English- NOM-005-CONAGUA-1996 Flushometers- NOM-009-CONAGUA-2001 Toilets for sanitary use - specifications and test methods- NOM-010-CONAGUA-2000 Inlet valve and discharge valve for toilet tank - specifications and test methods.Certifications Required:- B.S. in engineering or work experience- ISO/IEC 17025:2017- ISO 9001:2015- ISO 19011:2018EEO Statement:Declaración de Igualdad de Oportunidades de Empleo: AS Maquila México S. de R.L. de C.V. y American Standard B&K México, son empleadores que ofrecen igualdad de oportunidades.
