Visión general : Supervise the testing activities, being the hydraulic technical expert in the organization. Responsible for high quality of results from the laboratory and ensure security in the activities. Responsabilidades : Contribute to the maintenance of the hydraulic laboratory accreditation based on ISO and other applicable and current required standards. Plan and supervise the testing activities in charge of the laboratory technicians, for the delivery in due time and form of the committed results. Manage the necessary resources for the execution of the requested hydraulic tests (supplies, materials, equipment, etc.). Ensure the technical competence of the personnel in charge so that the requested tests and services are performed in accordance with the regulations and internal quality procedures in force. Responsible for the quality of test results, being an official signatory. Responsible for the safety of the equipment in charge, must ensure that there are no unsafe conditions in the hydraulic laboratory. Identify opportunities for improvement of the hydraulic performance of the products and share the results of the improvement proposals to the process responsible (USA Engineering, NPD, Process). Responsible for the review, verification and / or validation of the internal technical process through the management of statistical tools for data analysis generated in the hydraulic tests performed. Maintenance and verification of Inspection, Measurement and Testing Equipment and instruments. Requisitios : Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or Technical degree 2 or more years of experience working in a similar position supervising a small team. ISO , concepts of metrology, statistical tools (Minitab desirable) Focused on results with a sense of urgency Comfortable working with a team as well as supervising others. Strong oral and written communication skills. Intermediate level English language proficiency - able to hold a conversation in English. Strong analysis of root causes and solving problems.
