You will also be exposed to the ONESOURCE platform and all services provided across our Corporates business.As a member of the Professional Services team, you will strive to enable and simplify the work of Global Trade, Compliance and Tax professional in Corporations focusing on Indirect Tax and Global Trade.Summary of PositionThe Implementation Consultant will work closely with Project Managers to implement Tax and Global Trade software at client sites in Global Implementations. This position is part of the Corporates Professional Services department. We deliver enterprise Global Trade, Compliance and software that provides critical information and software solutions to companies of all sizes.**About the Role**In this opportunity as a Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible to:- **_Client Interaction:_**_ Engage with Global Trade, Compliance, and Technology professionals in Fortune 500 clients._- **_Requirements Gathering:_**_ Lead sessions to gather requirements and formulate design/solution documentation._- **_Process Mapping:_**_ Translate client business processes and policies into our solutions._- **_Cross-Functional Collaboration:_**_ Work with internal teams, such as Product Management & Engineering, to deliver comprehensive solutions._- **_Implementation:_**_ Perform technical and functional tasks on medium to large projects._- **_Testing:_**_ Prepare and execute test scripts and test cases._- **_Problem-Solving:_**_ Explain system issues/problems and solutions to technical staff. _Foster solutions to attend to client’s needs._- **_Project Management:_**_ Lead low-complexity projects with limited supervision. Delegate tasks to ensure delivery of all project requirements._**About You**You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:- **Experience**: 4+ years of relevant work experience.- **Industry Exposure**: Familiarity with Global Trade, Supply Chain Businesses, Indirect Tax, or Compliance processes.
