We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, who are dedicated to international legal affairs in the realm of gambling industry. If you're passionate about international law, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have solid experience in the gambling area, then this could be the perfect role for you. Responsibilities Legal support for international gambling projects. Comprehensive analysis of international legislation in the field of gambling business, ensuring company compliance with all requirements and regulations. Participation in licensing and regulation : cooperation with regulators and licensing authorities of various countries, preparation and submission of necessary documents for obtaining and maintaining licenses. Opening companies in foreign jurisdictions : organization and support of the process of opening subsidiaries and representative offices. Obtaining regulatory documents : responsibility for obtaining all necessary regulatory documents and licenses. Creation, proofreading, and analysis of contracts : development, editing, and analysis of international contracts. Opening and maintenance of bank accounts in foreign banks. Legal analysis of markets / countries / regions. Negotiating with counterparts and representatives of foreign companies in English. Interacting with legal firms in foreign jurisdictions. Passing checks (due diligence / KYC / AML). Assessment and management of legal risks : conducting legal risk assessments, developing strategies to mitigate and optimize them. Our Expectations Higher legal education. Experience in gambling business and international legal practice for at least 3 years. Deep knowledge of international legislation in the field of gambling. Experience in licensing and interaction with regulators. Analytical and communication skills. Knowledge of licensing and regulation processes in the gambling sphere, experience in interacting with regulators, and successful license acquisition. Experience in creating, proofreading, and analyzing international contracts, as well as the ability to amend existing agreements. Ability to conduct analysis of international legislation, identify potential risks and advantages for the company. Proficiency in English sufficient for legal matters. Experience in establishing and maintaining partnership relations with legal firms in foreign jurisdictions. Preferred Knowledge of Spanish language.
