This role oversees all business functions within Mexico, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support, while fostering a high-performance culture and compliance with corporate standards. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Define and execute Mexico's business strategy in alignment with LATAM objectives. Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and operational excellence. People Leadership: Lead and develop a diverse team, ensuring talent retention and succession planning. Promote HP's culture, values, and leadership principles. Financial Management: Own P&L for Mexico, ensuring financial targets and cost optimization. Monitor OPEX and implement efficiency initiatives. Customer & Partner Engagement: Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Represent HP in external forums and industry associations. Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to local laws, corporate policies, and ethical standards. Oversee risk management and internal controls. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred. 15+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within technology or related industries. Proven track record in managing large-scale operations and delivering business results. Strong understanding of Mexico's market dynamics and regulatory environment. Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
