Our team provides valuable financial insight to the business for key areas such as planning, budgeting and forecasting.**Shape your Financial planning strategy**As a Billing Analyst you will collaborate with our Sales and Operations teams, processing customer's invoices in a fast-paced environment. You will work with a global team of billers to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.As a Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for:- Facilitating order management - process order intake and input into internal systems. Connect to customer portals and systems. May support forecasting, billing, and collection activities.- Monitoring and reconciling job tickets to field job data, as well as maintaining SAP job data entries.- Preparing customer invoices efficiently and entering correctly into the system.- Maintaining contact for customer inquiries and customer complaint (issue) resolution process. Working with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers.- Working with people from the business unit. Contacts are under the guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information.- Handling simple project processes. There are detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge. A framework of conditions is set.- Handling targeted clients. Contracts are predefined, and a framework of conditions is set and followed.- Training, cross-training, and mentoring of new and experienced billers.**Fuel your passion**To be successful in this role you will:- Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration or related careers.- Have 2-3 years of previous experience with billing.- Intermediate English level.- Demonstrate knowledge of accounting principles.- Experience in SAP and Office Tools.**Work in a way that works for you**We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
