Talent acquisition Specialist**Position objective**:**Requirement**:- Bachelor degree in Business Management or similar.- 3+ years of experience in similar position in automotive environment- Experience working in Human Resources- MS Office proficient- Problem solving skills- Availability of travel 10%- Schedule availability- Fluent in English**Main responsabilities**:- Recruitmet all levels positions.- Coordinate recruiting and hiring process.- Work with the hiring managers to define exact staffing needs.- Planning out the entire interview and selection process (screening calls, in-person interviews, and making assessments)- Make sure job descriptions properly convey the company needs.- Organize Company branding initiatives.- Organize participation in job fairs and attend them.- Organize other types of recruitment events (job open houses, in-house hiring fairs, etc.).- Warranty positions closing on time required.- Create appropriate reports and graphics to control activities.**Skills**:- Sense or urgency- Excellent communication skills- Negotiation- OrganizationTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoHorario:- Turno mixtoExperiência:- Recruitment: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés 80% (Obligatorio)
