Remote Lead Qualification Specialist(Warm Leads - No Cold Calling)Are you a professional with persuasive communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly? Captured Leads wants you on our teamWe’re seeking a Lead Qualification Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospects who have already expressed interest in our services. Your role will involve engaging, qualifying, and transferring potential clients to our sales team.Why You’ll Love This Role:- Pre-qualified leads: No cold calling Work with prospects who’ve already requested information.- Automated technology: Use the Five9 system to manage calls efficiently.- Stable schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Pacific Time).- Growth opportunities: Professional development in a remote-friendly, growing company.Key Responsibilities:- Engage with inbound leads who’ve requested information about our services.- Qualify prospects through strategic questioning to identify needs.- Manage calls using the Five9 system and document interactions in our CRM.- Transfer qualified leads to the sales team.- Meet call volume and conversion targets.- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all communications.Essential Requirements:- Advanced verbal English proficiency (clear and professional for client interactions).- 2-3 years of call center experience (lead qualification or sales preferred).- Ability to handle high call volumes.- Technical aptitude (quick learner of software like Five9).- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of remote work.Technical Requirements:- Reliable high-speed internet.- Professional, distraction-free workspace.- Up-to-date computer + headset with microphone.Schedule:Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (PT)100% RemoteReady to Apply?Submit your resume and a brief summary of how your skills align with this role.
