**Technical Project Manager** | Presencial - Lima**:**Sobre el Rol**:En Tekton estamos buscando un/a **Technical Project Manager** para sumarse a un equipo tecnológico en expansión y ayudar a escalar una plataforma educativa con impacto regional.Este rol no es administrativo: buscamos una persona con **visión técnica, criterio operativo y liderazgo estructurado** para alinear recursos, tiempos y prioridades junto al CTO y tres equipos de desarrollo.Si te motiva el orden, la claridad en los procesos y colaborar con talento técnico en un entorno ágil, este desafío es para vos.**Responsabilidades Clave**:- Liderar squads técnicos, cada uno con su propio **Tech Lead**- Ser el **puente operativo entre el CTO, los equipos y otros stakeholders**- **Coordinar recursos**, estimaciones de tiempos y complejidades técnicas- Dar seguimiento al **ciclo completo de proyectos**: requerimientos, ejecución, entregas- Supervisar y acompañar a su Project Manager- **Promover la mejora continua** de procesos y orden general del área técnica- Presentar y sustentar las **planificaciones técnicas****Perfil Buscado**:- Experiência como **Project Manager o Engineering Manager** en entornos tech- **Background técnico sólido** (no es necesario programar, pero sí entender el código)- Experiência coordinando equipos de desarrollo bajo **metodologías ágiles**- Conocimiento de **tecnologías modernas**(ideal si trabajaste cerca de Python, AWS, JavaScript)- Excelentes habilidades de organización, **liderazgo**y toma de decisiones- Muy buena comunicación con perfiles técnicos y no técnicos**Lo que ofrece la posición**:- **Remuneración**: USD 3,000 mensuales- **Modalidad de contratación**: Recibo por honorarios- **Modalidad de trabajo**: 100% presencial (oficinas en Surco, Lima)- Proyecto con visibilidad y posibilidades de crecimiento en el mediano plazo- Industria**:EdTech**, en etapa de crecimiento con impacto real en la región**¿Te interesa liderar equipos técnicos y ayudar a escalar un producto educativo con impacto real en la región?**Postula ahora y ayúdanos a ordenar la casa con visión y criterio técnico
