**Grow with us as a **Shared Services Finance Professional - Close Books** **, in this position you will be responsible for basic financial PL and BS issued on Month End Close.You will ensure reports for management and execute activities of the assigned financial & administrative processes to provide high quality services to internal clients.You will follow up companies assigned for the external audit, ( GBS or BU requirements) and update the close book requirements.You will support in Sox Round 1 and 2 collecting evidence for the companies assigned.**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**In this role, you will be part of our success by:- Perform daily financial analysis and reports, accounting and administrative activities fulfilling corporate policies and statutory requirements compliance. Challenge current processes to identify standardization, simplification or automation opportunities on the daily activities.- Competencies: Individual Contributor- Creates Direction - Develops new ideas and ways of thinking; Makes decisions in a timely manner.- Delivers Quarterly Results - Keeps others, up, down and laterally informed of pertinent information.- Organizes to Win- Drives Alignment - Maintains professional, positive working relationships..- Invests in People. Manage relationship with other GBS areas for the audit requeriments.- Inspires & Energizes Demonstrates persistence in the face of obstacles and adversity.**WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?**As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in to be considered for this position, you must be able to meet the following requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Business-Related fieldStrong Accounting KnowledgePreferred:- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Business-Related and 1 to 2 year of experience- Must have strong PC skills with an emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
