You will ensure effectiveness of the Americas SSC and will be instrumental in the successful design, implementation, transition, and sustainability of our future operating model. You will be given full operational responsibility for the QRO Shared Service Centre heading a large group of people with direct responsibility / reporting lines for all SSC Finance staff. You will report to the CFO, Americas.**Key Responsibilities**- Direct Leadership of SSC Finance teams; AP / AR / Credit / GL / Fixed Assets / Leasing / Operations Finance / Intercompany / T&E- Manage & Set objectives and define development plans for direct reports in line with both PPG Global & Regional objectives, plus department objectives- Lead SSC Finance teams through PPG Global projects, managing workloads of team members while contributing as SME- Day to day supervision of direct report(s) and departmental workloads- Team’s mentorship and leadership- Tracking performance vs. Service Level Agreements Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Responsible for best practices research, recommendations, and implementation- Effectively coordinate with other PPG colleagues within the region / globally to balance clients’ expectations with team’s resources and workloads- Ensure all PPG controls & compliance policies are adhered to underpinning the production of accurate financial data- Maintain procedures and controls documentation- Provision of information to auditors across audits both at SSC & PPG locations across the region**Qualifications**- Bachelor´s Degree in Accounting or Finance- At least 10 years experience- Managed and set up Finance Shared Services Centre in a large organization- Resource and Project Management skillsBenefits such as salary, medical insurance and life insurance will be discussed in the interview process.**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.****We are "One PPG" to the world.****We trust our people every day, in every way.****We make it happen.****We run it like we own it.****We do better today than yesterday - everyday.**Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
