Make It With Pride.**You assist in planning, developing and execution of capital projects, technical development, feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in the supply chain and capital-expense project execution to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity with the highest level of quality, safety and environmental requirements. You help ensure sure that Mondelēz International business and innovation processes in project management and Mondelēz International standards in execution are followed.**How you will contribute**The role supports capital project execution, and you will be accountable for the quality of the results and execution of capital projects using Mondelēz standards, and business and innovation processes in project management. You will help define and deliver the capital and technical agenda during the development phase of capital investments with stakeholders so that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are provided and develop the capital budget according to the contract and forecast cash flow. You will also help ensure that applicable engineering developments and standards are properly implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the-art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices.**What you will bring**A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:- Engineering or operations- Working effectively and under pressure to meet deadlines- Analysis- Project managementMas sobre la posici(onEjecutar o apoyar con procesos administrativos de la Planta Piloto tales como: Organizar los archivos, documentos, solicitudes y demás información en medios electrónicos que se generen como resultado de las actividades de PP.Apoyo en la elaboración de planes CQV, seguimiento de pruebas industriales, emisión de informes/report de pruebas y participación como oyente Pilar IIM.- Apoyo en el control de gastos en pruebas y mantenimiento.- Apoyo en la organización, preparación (empaque), registro, almacenamiento y envío de muestras de producto para degustaciones remotas, previstas dentro del cronograma de proyectos,- Organización y limpieza de la planta piloto (equipos/bancos/utensilios, etc.);- Apoyo a técnicos y especialistas en la realización de diversas actividades dentro de la planta piloto: Diversas pruebas, empaque, almacenamiento de productos y materias primas;- Seguimiento de terceros en el proceso de reparación, mantenimiento preventivo o calibración de equipos.- Recogida de materia prima, producto semielaborado y recogida de datos en ensayos industriales.- Ayuda para el seguimiento del programa de organización 5S;- Realizar las actividades propias del cargo, evaluando y asegurando siempre los procedimientos y controles internos de Salud, Seguridad, Medio Ambiente, Seguridad Alimentaria y Calidad de los Productos.**Herramientas**- Conocimientos en informática y Excel (estadística)**Habilidades**- trabajo en equipo- Proactivo- Dinamismo- Comunicación- organizado**Ingles**: Intemedio**No Relocation support available**:**Business Unit Summary**:**Mondelez México has been in the country since 1927 and currently employs 6,000 wonderful people.
