Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:- Create and nurture strong relationships with the portfolio of agents to ensure a long-lasting business collaboration with Ria.- Act as a problem-solver when agent faces issues with their day-to-day Ria business.- Self-organize a smarty-structured weekly plan to meet set targets.- Know how to resolve anything from system queries.- Provide or update branding solutions for existing agents in accordance with Marketing Department’s guidelines.- Support new and existing agents and assist them with troubleshooting equipment.- Increase sales and market share of existing products (money transfers, money orders, mobile top-ups, bill payment, and check cashing)- Analyze company reports and market data to address, reinforce and correct performance trends to capitalize on market opportunities for new and existing Agents.- Provide and execute fact-based recommendations on product pricing (customer fee and foreign exchange rates) and Agent commissions.- Support various departments at headquarters to ensure that Agents comply with company policies, compliance guidelines and procedures.- Supporting sales and finance teams by providing analytical reporting and sales forecast.- Develop strategies and execute action plans that will help the company increase transactions and maximize revenue.- Initiate a high volume of outbound calls to develop and maintain relationships with our agents.**Requirements**:- Advanced English level- 1 or more years of proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related field- Excellent communication and relationship building skills- Ability to work individually and with mínimal supervision- Assertiveness and target driven approach- Stress resilience- Client orientation- Analytical thinking- Advanced MS Excel skills- Detail oriented, team player, ability to multi-task.**Education**- High School diploma or higher education preferred**Job Competencies**- Client Orientation- Initiative, Innovation & Risk management/taking- Communication & Influence- Stress Resilience- Analytical ThinkingBenefits: Our package includes Competitive monthly salary $19,500 gross. 5% food vouchers. 30 days bonus. 15 days of initial vacation. life insurance.
