Descripción y detalle de las actividadeshe Planner Sr will play a critical role in our organization, responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing production schedules to ensure efficient resource utilization, timely delivery of products, and alignment with customer demand. This role requires exceptional analytical abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Planning and Scheduling - Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules based on demand forecasts, resource availability, and production capacity constraints. - Collaborate with multiple functions including Production, Quality, Materials, Engineering, Sales/Customer Service to finalize feasible production plans and ensure on-time delivery of products. - Proactively identify opportunities to streamline scheduling processes, enhance system capabilities, and improve overall efficiency and accuracy of scheduling activities. - Evaluate customer requirements and negotiates product end of life activities and include in the WPS (What is WPS) Planning. - Utilize the Capacity Resource Plan (CRP) techniques and systems to adjust and/or maintain the plant’s manufacturing capacity. - Manage the MPS/MRP parameters for planning.Experiência y requisitosBachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations or equivalent field of study - Minium 5 years’ experience as a master scheduler in a manufacturing environment. - Excellent verbal and written skills with an ability to communicate in both English and Spanish - Proven ability to excel and collaborate in a team-based environment.**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Logística/Transporte**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario** Lunes a Viernes 7:00 am a 5:00 pm**Estudios** Carrera Profesional**Inglés **Hablado: 95%, Escrito: 95%**Sexo** Indistinto**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
