Read onQualitest is looking for Technical Project Lead in Mexico City.We are currently seeking an experienced technology manager.The program is focused around internationalizing universally used products, humanizing the way computer systems interact with users across all languages and cultures, utilizing translation, linguistics, and technical expertise. Responsibilities include:**Requirements**:Responsible for the scope, quality and timeliness of program deliverables every quarter.Collaborate with stakeholders to define achievable objectives, scope, and timelines.Own the operational and tactical planning for successful execution of program objectives, including managing priorities, deadlines, and balanced resource allocation.Anticipate, identify, communicate and resolve issues that impact the program objectives. This includes driving cross-functional efforts to resolve blockers and handling all necessary escalations.Be the primary point of contact for stakeholder communicationProvide concise and effective status reports that communicate progress, blockages, highlights, risks, mitigations, and sets clear expectations on any adjustments on deliverables and/or project plans.Establish a deep understanding of the program, its objectives and its challenges, and ensure that the knowledge is continuously updated and shared with all team members.Be the source of knowledge for program team members.Drive innovation and optimization strategies, such as improved tooling options or refined processes.Track relevant program metrics to provide an objective measurement of quality and performance.Hire, train, and mentor the program team to maximize their potential, deepen their knowledge, and reinforce their personal accountability.Support personnel management activities including performance reviews, timesheet and expense reviews, etc.Supports 1 teamUp to 10 Direct Reports**Benefits**:Why Qualitest?Work hard and play harder with our flexible and casual culture.Stay healthy - with private health insurance coverage offered from day 1 of employment.Shop and spend for things you need with our food card benefit which is accepted in over 6500 stores in Mexico.Get the help you need when you need it with our Employee Assistance Program which offers counseling services to you and members of your household at no cost.
