You'll play a vital role in promoting our educational products and services, fostering strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth in both public and private sectors.We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.**About the role**As the Key Account Manager, you'll:- Promote our extensive catalogue of educational products and services across Mexico.- Manage existing client accounts and identify new business opportunities.- Provide tailored solutions that meet specific customer needs.- Keep up with industry trends, managing accounts to achieve sales targets.- Represent Cambridge University Press & Assessment at key industry events.- Ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams to meet organizational goals.**About you**You're a natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.A strong team player and collaborator, highly organised, and comfortable working with various departments like Finance, Customer Services, and Marketing.You will be fluent in English (B2 level desirable) and be flexible and willing to travel.**Rewards and benefits**We will support you to be at your best in work and to live well outside of it.
