If you have recent and strong experience in telemarketing, hiring, training and developing 20+ people teams and has a hands on approach to reach your goals, join our operation in **Mexico** as **_Debt Collection Manager._****Requirements**:- Strong negotiation skills and fluent in Spanish and English- Understanding of call center functioning principles and key performance metrics- 5+ years’ experience of debt collection and recoveries in a fin-tech or DCA- Understanding of debt portfolio management, portfolio sales process and debt restructuring- Data-driven thinking and decisions- Good command of Excel and basic reporting- Experience of creating and documenting collections processes**Responsabilities**:- Lead efficiency of delaying and defaulted loan recovery process- Has sound knowledge of collections processes, best practices, legislation, and regulations- Monitor team´s and system´s performance, by ensuring high quality standards and company policies are in place- Preparing, analyzing, and delivering reports and recommendations on risk and performance improvements- Ensure efficient cooperation with external partners, as well as between local/group teams- Develop and maintain procedures, as well as ensure procedure implementation- Develop recovery targets and plans according to the risk indicators- Track operation, efficiency, and effectiveness of the external partner on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, participate in regular meetings with external partners to ensure the target communication and case discussion- Manage and organize quality assurance with activities for checking calls and ensuring the quality of the debt collection agents team based on procedures- Lead, mentor and motivate a team of collection agents, delivering high efficiency and performance- Demonstrate sound leadership skills - a proven track record of successful people management / development with strong team building skills- Plan and coordinate regular sales campaigns for internal collection team, championship challengers and forgiveness campaigns for external collection.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $40,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Vacaciones superiores a las de leyHorario:- Horario flexible- Turno de 8 horasEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
