Legal Assistant with IT experience ON-SITE (Hybrid Role) Only Gdl based and English resumes will be reviewed Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco – On-site Employment Type: Full-time We’re looking for a Legal Assistant with IT experience to join our team This unique hybrid role is ideal for someone with client service and IT background who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work. While the primary focus will be legal assistant tasks and to support our team with IT. What You’ll Do Legal Assistant: Calling clients. Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and file organization. Help with correspondence, data entry, and administrative tasks related to legal processes. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information. IT Responsibilities: Provide hardware and software troubleshooting and support to staff when needed. Manage workstation setups, system updates, and account configurations. What We’re Looking For Client service experience 1 year IT experience : 1 or 2 years in IT support, helpdesk, or technical customer service. Knowledge: Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting. Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. IMPORTANT: Fluent English Attitude: Reliable, proactive, and flexible to switch between technical and administrative tasks.
