**Project Manager**Artonic is seeking a Project Manager with excellent English skills to keep us organized internally and communicate with our clients.**Skills**- 2+ years of project management experience- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO/PPC/etc)- Knowledge of project management processes, workflow and terminology- Good communication skills, both written and verbal- Can-do, positive attitude- Highly reliable and accountable- Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to see projects through from concept to completion- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, reprioritize, and pivot with grace**Responsibilities**- Attend meetings and take notes on action items- Follow up with team members to make sure action items are being completed on time- Communicate with clients to request information- Answer inbound phone calls and route them accordingly- Schedule meetings- Create regular progress reports for management- Perform QA on projects to maintain the standards expected- Data entry- Perform research to find answers- Assisting management with various tasks- Monitor time-tracking to ensure team members are tracking time properly**Required Qualifications**- Excellent English (fluent)- Must have a remote-working environment with high-speed internet that permits concentration and focus**Bonus Qualifications**- Experience with prototyping/wireframing and design tools, such as Protoshare, Photoshop, Figma, Axure, etc.- Experience with basic design principles and an eye for detail- Experience with digital marketing- Experience with web development- Past agency experience**About Artonic**We are a small team that does big things, offering a professional and positive work environment that encourages authenticity and integrity.
