Role Overview

The Junior Project Manager (JPM) plays a pivotal role in supporting the success of Alt Creative Agency's clients and internal operations. This position is responsible for overseeing the entire project roadmap for each client, ensuring timely execution and delivery of all milestones mapped in their Action Plan Calendar (APC). As a proactive executor and communicator, the JPM acts as the bridge between clients, the Chief of Staff, and the CEO, ensuring both client satisfaction and operational excellence. This role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain each client's Action Plan Calendar (APC) to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, providing prompt responses and resolving issues before escalation.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings and calls.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Chief of Staff, Operations, CEO) to align priorities and track progress across multiple clients.
• Monitor project timelines, identify risks or bottlenecks, and proactively recommend process improvements.
• Oversee client deliverable timelines, including collection development, sample tracking, lookbook, and campaign coordination.
• Support clients in learning and effectively using their digital tools (APC, dashboards, etc.) to foster autonomy and long-term growth.
• Work daily within Notion, Slack, WhatsApp, Google Drive, Zoom, and Google Calendar to manage project workflows and client communication.
• Track and report performance using key indicators: on-time delivery, client milestone completion, response time, process compliance, proactivity, and eagerness to learn.

Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or account management (any industry).
• Strong client service and project management skills; fashion industry experience a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive); adaptability and willingness to learn Notion and Slack.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with high emotional intelligence and accountability.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred (not mandatory).

Working Conditions & Growth

• Fully remote position based in CST/EST time zones.
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• Occasional on-site attendance for client events or internal meetings.
• Full-time position with a 3-month trial period as a contractor to assess company fit before extending a permanent offer.
• Quarterly performance reviews and a clear growth path to Project Management Lead and Senior Project Manager roles based on performance and leadership capability.
