**Country**:Mexico** Location**:LOC5015: Freightwatch - Naucalpan, Boulevard San Mateo Num.58, Naucalpan, Naucalpan, 53140 MexicoRole priorities include:- Territory Management: Find new customer opportunities while growing existing account revenue and relationships- Revenue generation utilizing Sensitech's software, technology, services, reporting tools and differentiators- Properly employ the resources of the business, collaborating throughout all departments, to meet customer and revenue needs- Client focused, consultative solution-based sales approach- Client engagement at highest levels to ensure client retention- Prospecting and closing new business**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES****Duties include, but are not limited to**:- ** Engage customers for long-term relationships that enable partnership and revenue growth**:- ** Understand customer supply chains and how Sensitech services can provide security and supply chain visibility value for supply chain optimization and risk management**:- ** Ability to account, map and generate interest and values at all level of prospects and customers pay levels**:- ** Demonstrate a strong understanding of company products and services**:- ** Coordinates sales visits with customers and establishes new customers to meet or exceed annual sales goals**:- ** Effectively communicate and follow-up on leads developed**:- **Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements and improved working relationships**:- ** Employ the resources of the business to retain, gain and grow revenue**:- ** Generate new pipelines with tier accounts that will grow into key accounts**- **Ability to forecast revenue monthly/quarterly/annual****MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Exceed or meet revenue targets through generating new customers or through existing accounts- Collaborate well within all departments and area of the business to sell or create solutions meeting customer needs- Proactively communicate sales and account management relationships within the business and market- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics- Industry knowledge as well as self-education through personal continuing education- Strong presentation skills to customers and prospects- Ability to influence others and act as a change agent in the organization- Independent initiative with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills**QUALIFICATIONS**- 7+ years of proven business-to-business direct sales experience- Bilingual: Spanish / English- Knowledge of SaaS, DaaS, GPS technology, security disciplines strongly preferred- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time domestically and internationally as required- Valid Passport with ability to travel to USA / Latin America- Excellent verbal and written communications skills- Strong listening and presentation skills- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively**BENEFICIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills- Strong MS Office skills**OTHER**- Position may require non-standard working hours**EH&S REQUIREMENTS**- Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements- Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards- Attend scheduled EH&S training program- Actively support the organization’s efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans- Recommend improved EH&S practices**Carrier is An Equal **Opportunity/Affirmative** Action Employer.
