The collection team is a dynamic team that is both compliance and results-oriented. We have collection operations team, collection strategy team, data analysis team, outsourcing management team and QC team. Every communication with the debtor is a credit re-education for the customer, which helps to promote the credit system of the whole society. Credit is undoubtedly an intangible asset for everyone, and it is important for everyone to maintain a good credit history, as it affects all aspects of everyone's work and life. If you are also interested in working in the area of post-loan collection and helping debtors to recover their credit, then welcome to join usRole Responsibilities:1、Manage and coordinate the work of the collection operation team, make reasonable breakdown according to the company's business objectives, monitor the progress of the collection operation team's objectives, and lead the collection operation team to achieve performance targets.2、Team building, maintaining the stability of the team personnel, reasonable manpower deployment and control in conjunction with the workload.3、Develop standardized and professional operating procedures for the collection operation team and continuously improve the operation manual.4、Responsible for the optimization and adjustment of the proposed management assessment scheme of the collection operation team and continuous optimization of personnel capacity.5、Responsible for the implementation of compliance management requirements to ensure compliance operations.Role Qualifications:1、with basic** Chinese and Spanish** language skills OR with basic** English and Spanish** language skills2、More than 3 years of management experience, with experience in managing a team of more than 50 people on-site operations.3、With high communication skills, coordination and promotion skills, good analytical and judgmental skills, team leadership.4、Familiar with telephone collection business management and operation process, understanding of risk control strategies and objectives.5、Long-term residence in MexicoEEO Statement:**You'll love working at DiDi because**- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
